Logs ---- For the ``METS-R SIM``, the main logger is initialized in ContextCreator.java. Log messages are written to both stdout and a log file named ``mets_r.log``. Logging levels in increasing order of severity are given below. - ``ALL``: All levels including custom levels. - ``DEBUG``: Designates fine-grained informational events that are most useful to debug an application. - ``INFO``: Designates informational messages that highlight the progress of the application at a coarse-grained level. - ``WARN``: Designates potentially harmful situations. - ``ERROR``: Designates error events that might still allow the application to continue running. - ``FATAL``: Designates very severe error events that will presumably lead the application to abort. - ``OFF``: The highest possible rank and is intended to turn off logging. Desired levels can be set in log4j.properties file located in the root directory. :: log4j.logger.mets_r.ContextCreator=INFO, mets_r, stdout
